Getting started with AQARI is simple. Download the app and verify your identity to begin.
Once logged in, you can view all your registered properties linked to your Civil ID in the Ministry system.
An agreement must be reached beforehand with the buyer, and the required information must be obtained.
Both Seller and Buyer must log in to their Aqari accounts before any action can be taken.
Choose the land you want to sell from your property list
System verifies if land can be sold (not blocked or disputed)
Enter your selling price, 150K OMR is Max including the fees
Enter buyer's Civil ID number and card expiry date to create the offer
Select bank account for payment transfer
Confirm and create the sale offer for the buyer
Once you create an offer, the land will be temporarily blocked in the Ministry system to prevent duplicate sales. The buyer has 24 hours to accept and complete payment, or the offer expires automatically.
At this stage, Seller can Cancel his offer in case buyer did not initiate the purchase
For 24 Hours, Buyer can Reject to purchase in case offer is stand
Get notified when a seller creates an offer for you via SMS
Check land details, location, price, and fees
Accept offer and proceed to secure payment gateway
Pay via debit/credit/maal card through payment gateway
Bank confirms fund collection from your card, this takes maximum 1 Hours
Land value transferred to seller's bank account
Ministry system updated with new owner details
Transaction permanently recorded on blockchain
Contract and Mulkiya available for download
Sale Contract (PDF) - Legal proof of the land sale transaction
Mulkiya (PDF) - Updated ownership certificate with your name
Payment Receipt - Detailed breakdown of all payments made
